Abstract
An estimation method based on the properties of a sequence of reachability sets for determining the control time of dynamic systems is designed. The control time is shown to depend on the volume growth rate of reachability sets. The method for studying controllability is applicable to systems with chaotic behavior of trajectories. For certain particular classes of systems, an asymptotic estimate for the control time is found under arbitrarily small controls.
