Abstract

An approach is suggested to the solution of problems of optimal control, which relies on the construction of a sequence of optimized algorithms—a multiple-method procedure of optimization. The sequence is a new optimized algorithm consisting of a certain collection of basic algorithms, the choice of which is made by an expert system on the basis of the analysis of a problem and algorithms also on the basis of the expert knowledge of them. The architecture of a program complex for implementing the approach suggested is described.
