Abstract
A general scheme of cyclic multiphase behavior of interacting production subjects in the conditions of regular payments and no competition was proposed. A small model of market behavior describing the realistic interaction of an electric power plant and an open-pit coal mine was realized in the software form. The results of numerical experiments were described.
