Abstract
Using the problem of synthesis of linear control of the lateral movement (roll-yawing) of a hypothetic airplane as an example, possibilities of regular and irregular laws of control are displayed. It is shown that the use of irregular control laws enables solving the problems that are unsolvable with the use of conventionally synthesized regular control laws.
