Zusammenfassung
In diesem narrativen Review werden insgesamt 21 Reviews und randomisiert-kontrollierte Studien (RCTs) zur Anwendung von Akupunktur und verwandten Verfahren zur Behandlung des Carpaltunnelsyndroms diskutiert. Die besprochenen Originalarbeiten stammen aus den letzten zehn Jahren; das älteste Review aus dem Jahr 2011, das älteste darin eingeschlossene RCT aus dem Jahr 1999.
Abstract
This discussion covers 21 reviews and randomized controlled studies (RCTs), which concern the use of acupuncture and related processes in the treatment of the carpal tunnel syndrome. The discussed publications span ten years; the earliest review is from 2011, the earliest RCT within the reviews is from 1999.
