Zusammenfassung
Die apparativen Therapiemöglichkeiten zur Verbesserung der Miktionssituation wegen Prostataobstruktionssymptomen sind vielseitig und können immer besser dem individuellen Patienten angepasst werden. Die Standardtherapie bleibt die TUR‑P (transurethrale Resektion der Prostata). Die Erfahrung zeigt, dass mehr Therapiemöglichkeiten auf den Markt kommen, als sich durchsetzen können. Nicht zuletzt aus ökonomischen Überlegungen kann nicht jede Klinik alle Therapiemöglichkeiten vorhalten. Trotzdem kann insbesondere älteren und fragileren Patienten neben der medikamentösen Behandlung auch eine desobstruierende operative Therapie angeboten werden.
Résumé
Les possibilités d’amélioration de la miction détériorée dans le cadre d’obstruction prostatique sont somptueuses, et peuvent être adaptées toujours mieux au patient individuel, pareillement les traitements interventionnels. Le standard est défini par la RTU‑P (résection transurethrale de la prostate). Dans un marché avec des vastes points de départ pour résoudre l’obstruction prostatique, pas tous les appareils ni toutes les téchniques sont disponible dans chaque service d’urologie, pour des raisons différentes, y inclus économiques. Néanmoins, il existe en particulier pour les patients âgés et fragiles des différentes interventions une fois que le traitement pharmacologique ne suffit plus pour adoucir les symptômes d’obstruction.
