2The value of \( {{\lambda }} \) indicates the technical biases associated with production expansion. \( {{\lambda = 1}} \) indicate neutrality in technological progress whereas \( {{\lambda > 1, }} \) suggests that capital labour ratio proportionally increases as output expands see (Pramongkit et al. 2000).
