Zusammenfassung
Dieser Artikel geht der Möglichkeit nach, die subjektiven Lautinterpretationen lyrischer Texte auf eine wissenschaftliche Grundlage zu stellen. Mithilfe aktueller lautsymbolischer Erkenntnisse und Frequenzanalysen lassen sich qualitative Einschätzungen und quantitative Messungen aufeinander abbilden. Dadurch erlauben sie eine objektive Grundlage ästhetischer Eindrücke.
Abstract
This article tries to find a scientific basis for subjective interpretations of sounds in lyrical language. Recent results in the field of sound symbolism in addition to frequency counts may help to reconcile qualitative and quantitative dimensions of textual analysis, so that aesthetic impressions become quantifiable.
