Per 1 januari 2019 is er één pedagogisch medewerker op drie nuljarigen. Met als doel dat de pedagogisch medewerker meer tijd en aandacht heeft voor de kinderen. Maar in praktijk zorgt het ook voor veel onrust op de babygroep. Hoe kun je structureel voor meer rust op de babygroep zorgen?
