Samenvatting

Jongens die niet stil kunnen zitten, gaan klieren en continu met elkaar willen stoeien. En jij als pedagogisch medewerker maar de politieagent uithangen. ‘Niet doen, blijf zitten, houd daarmee op.’ Herkenbaar? Helemaal niet nodig, zegt Yoran Blom (30), coördinator bij Kinderopvang Mundo in Schiedam. Hij heeft samen met twee mannelijke collega’s het initiatief Tjonge jonge Jongens opgezet. ‘We willen vrouwelijke collega’s de mogelijkheid bieden om te kijken door een jongensbril.’
