Abstract
Giant fibroepithelial polyp is a rare mesenchymal tumour of the vulva, which although benign, mimics a malignant neoplasm. We report a case of giant fibroepithelial polyp of vulva that was 10 × 10 cm in size in a 32-year-old multiparous woman. The tumour was managed by surgical excision, and histopathology clinched the diagnosis.
