The original publication of this article contained mistakes and the author would like to correct them. These corrections are the following:

  • Page 352: In the left column of Table 2, Jefferson Disney Kimmel Medical College should be Jefferson Sidney Kimmel Medical College.

  • Page 354: Sentence 2, the word “phasis” and “delever” were incorrect spelling. The sentence should read as “The model phases are 1) prioritize, plan and partner; 2) decide, develop and deliver; and 3) customize and adopt deliverables for integration.”

  • Page 354: Sentence 3, the word “developed” should be “develop.” The sentence should read as “The model has been followed to develop…”

  • Page 361: Second paragraph, next to the last sentence, “The Academy of Academic Addiction Medicine…” should read as “The American College of Academic Addiction Medicine...”
