In a single-center retrospective study of 170 patients with a history of orthotopic heart transplantation at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, USA, 2 patients >18 years [sexes not stated; exact ages not stated] were described. The patient's developed COVID-19 infection between 13 March 2020 and 01 May 2020, following immunosuppressive treatment with ciclosporin (one patient) and triple therapy with prednisone, tacrolimus, and mycophenolate-mofetil (one patient) [dosages, routes, durations of treatments to reactions onsets and outcomes not stated].
