  1. Hypoglycaemia is a pharmacological, dose-dependent (type A) ADR of blood glucose-lowering agents (particularly insulin and insulin secretagogues), and mild hypoglycaemia is associated with adrenergic and neurogenic symptoms (e.g. tremor, palpitations, sweating).
