Abstract
Dichanthium woodrowii (Hook. f.) S.K. Jain & Deshp. (Poaceae) is an endemic species known only from few localities of Maharashtra State. During floristic survey of Kachchh in 2015, D. woodrowii were collected for first time from Gujarat State. The detailed description, photography and field note of D. woodrowii provided for their easy identification.
