Aktuelle Aspekte bei der Diagnostik und Therapie von pädiatrischen CED

Bezogen auf den alltäglichen „Patientendurchlauf“ einer pädiatrischen Praxis sind Patienten mit chronisch-entzündlichen Darmerkrankungen (CED) sicherlich selten, jedoch sprechen die aktuellen epidemiologischen Daten dafür, dass die Erkrankungsrate weiterhin zunimmt. Obwohl CED bei diesen jungen Patienten selten vorkommen, verdienen sie besondere Beachtung, um den Betroffenen ein weitgehend normales Leben mit guter Lebensqualität zu ermöglichen.
