Gallengangstenose nach Trisektorektomie bei intrahepatischem CCC

In diesem Falle einer narbig-rezidivierenden postoperativen Stenose des Gallengangs konnte durch eine Bougierungs- und Dilatationstherapie kein befriedigendes Ergebnis erzielt werden. Aufgrund der Sorge, durch einen extrahierbaren Metallstent die Fibrosierung der benignen Stenose noch zu verschlimmern, wurde daher eine Therapie mit einem Stent-Retriever durchgeführt.
