Zusammenfassung
Ziel einer Myokardrevaskularisation bei Patienten mit KHK ist die Verbesserung persistierender Symptome und der Prognose. Der Erfolg hängt stark von der Vollständigkeit der Revaskularisation ab. Die anatomische Komplexität und das Vorliegen von Komorbiditäten wie Diabetes mellitus bestimmen maßgeblich die relativen Vorteile von PCI und Bypass-Operation. Im Fall einer PCI sollte diese über einen transradialen Zugangsweg mit Implantation eines DES der neuen Generation erfolgen.
