Die duale HER2-Blockade mit Trastuzumab und Pertuzumab neoadjuvant zusätzlich zur Chemotherapie ist bei Frauen mit frühen, lokal fortgeschrittenen HER2-positivem Mammakarzinom wirksam tolerabel. Die 5-Jahres-Daten der Studie TRYPHAENA bestätigen nun die Effektivität.
