Ein Junge wurde nach Umzug seiner Familie nach Koblenz sowohl allgemeinpädiatrisch als auch verhaltenstherapeutisch in unserer Gemeinschaftspraxis komplett neu und zudem von zwei verschiedenen Ärzten betreut. Bei frisch diagnostizierter Hausstaubmilbenallergie erfolgte die Therapie mit einem topischen Glukokortikoid als Nasenspray. Die Allergie besserte sich daraufhin, überraschenderweise kam es zusätzlich im Verlauf dieser Maßnahme auch zum Sistieren seiner „Enuresis“. Handelt es sich hier nun um einen Zufall oder ist das ernsthaft rational begründbar?
