Blasen im Kindesalter

Mit einem Algorithmus zur richtigen Diagnose

In der klinischen Praxis werden Blasen meist zunächst als Ausdruck einer Infektion interpretiert und führen daher häufig zu einer antibiotischen oder antiviralen Therapie. Differenzialdiagnosen werden oft erst nach ausbleibender Besserung in Erwägung gezogen. Dabei ist eine sorgfältige und breite diagnostische Abklärung sehr wichtig, um für die betroffenen Kinder eine zielgerichtete Therapie auszuwählen und den Zeitverlust bis zur korrekten Diagnose minimal zu halten.
