Ein 4 Monate alter Junge wurde mit unklarer Blasenbildung im Bereich der Akren sowie urtikariellen Plaques am Stamm vorgestellt. Aufgrund der relativen Seltenheit autoimmunbullöser Dermatosen im frühen Kindesalter wurde die Diagnose erst mit Verzögerung gestellt.
