Reflux im Säuglingsalter ist ein häufiges Phänomen. Für den behandelnden Kinderarzt ist es wichtig, dass er zwischen Kindern mit einer gastroösophageale Refluxkrankheit (GÖRK), die von weiterer Diagnostik und Therapie profitieren, und Kindern mit einfachem gastroösophagealen Reflux (GÖR) unterscheiden kann.
