Seit Dezember 2014 steht die aktualisierte Version der Sk2-Leitlinie zur spezifischen Immuntherapie (SIT) von 2009 zur Verfügung. Auch für die Behandlung von allergiekranken Kindern mittels subkutaner (SCIT) und sublingualer Immuntherapie (SLIT) wurden aktuelle Studiendaten berücksichtigt.
