In der pädiatrischen Praxis stellt die infektiöse Tonsillopharyngitis eine alltägliche Herausforderung dar, um unnötigen Antibiotikaverbrauch erfolgreich einzuschränken. Dazu wird ein Algorithmus zum Vorgehen bei Tonsillopharyngitis in Anlehnung an die DEGAM-Leitlinie „Halsschmerzen“ und das DGPI-Handbuch 2013 vorgestellt.
