Zusammenfassung

Ausgehend vom mythologischen Hintergrund des Wasser-Elements in der 5-Elementen-Lehre im alten China werden die verschiedenen Aspekte des Funktionskreises Niere mit ihren physiologischen Grundlagen nach TCM-Vorstellung sowie die entsprechenden Syndrome vor dem Hintergrund des Nieren-Yin-Qi- und Nieren-Yang-Qi-Mangels beschrieben und die entsprechenden Maßnahmen zur Akupunkturbehandlung erläutert.

Summary

Considering the mythological background of the water element in the Five Elements Theory in ancient China the different aspects of kidney are described. The physiological basics of the TCM theory as well as patterns related to deficiencies of kidney yin qi and kidney yang qi with acupuncture treatment are explained.
