Ein 65-jähriger Mann stellt sich notfallmäßig aufgrund eines seit vier Tagen zunehmenden Visusverlusts am rechten Auge in der hausärztlichen Sprechstunde vor. Der Patient ist sehr besorgt, da er rechts kaum noch Lichtschein wahrnehmen kann.
