Morgens verspürt ein 24-jähriger Raucher plötzlich rechtsthorakale Schmerzen und Atemnot. Seinem Hausarzt fallen auskultatorisch ein reduziertes Atemgeräusch und ein hypersonorer Klopfschall auf. Im Röntgen-Thorax findet sich ein ausgeprägter Pneumothorax rechts ohne Mediastinalverlagerung.
