VKB-Ruptur: Kann das vordere Kreuzband durch Naht erhalten werden?

In den vergangenen Jahren ist zur Behandlung eines rupturierten vorderen Kreuzbandes (VKB) die Kreuzbandnaht und somit der Erhalt des Ligaments im Gegensatz zur VKB-Plastik erneut in den Fokus geraten. Diese Arbeit vermittelt einen aktuellen Überblick über den Entwicklungsstand diverser VKB-erhaltender Operationsverfahren sowie deren experimentelle und klinische Studienlage.
