Steife Schulter: Diagnostik und Therapie

Unter dem Begriff „Schultersteife“ werden Erkrankungen subsummiert, deren Leitsymptom die eingeschränkte aktive und passive Beweglichkeit der Schulter ist. Im Allgemeinen versteht man darunter die sogenannte Frozen Shoulder mit ihrem typischen zyklischen Krankheitsverlauf. Von dieser primären Schultersteife sind die sekundäre Formen abzugrenzen, bei denen andere Ursachen die Bewegunglichkeit des Schultergelenks einschränken.
