Abstract
Risks related to drug prescription, and in particular those related to iatrogenic, are increased in the elderly. Identify potentially inappropriate medications is today an integral part of the therapeutic optimization strategy. This article studies the three main approaches: explicit, implicit tools and those evaluating the drug burden.
