Abstract

Pancreas is an exceptional location of gastrointestinal stromal tumor and its revelation by a gastrointestinal bleeding has never been reported. We report an original case of cephalic pancreatic GIST complicated by gastrointestinal bleeding due to erosion of the duodenal wall which had required a whipple resection.
