Samenvatting

In dit artikel wordt een casus beschreven van een complex enkel-voetletsel op vier verschillende niveaus: een Maisonneuve-fractuur (Lauge Hansen type PE4), talonaviculaire Chopart-instabiliteit, een Lisfranc-fractuur (type Myerson B2) en gedislokeerde subcapitale fracturen van distale metatarsalia. Afzonderlijk van elkaar komen deze letsels al weinig voor en in de huidige literatuur is een combinatie van deze vier letsels niet eerder beschreven. Dit artikel beschrijft de klinische presentatie, diagnostiek en behandeling ervan.

In this article a case with a complex foot-ankle injury on four levels is described: a Maisonneuve fracture (Lauge Hansen type PE4), talar-navicular instability of Chopart’s joint, a Lisfranc fracture, and dislocated subcapital distal metatarsal fractures. The incidence of these injuries separately is yet low, and a combination of these four injuries has not been previously described in the literature. This article provides a description of the presentation, diagnosis and treatment of the injuries.
