Veel zorgverleners hebben te maken met agressie. Zij denken vaak dat er sprake is van persoonlijk onvermogen en dat ze daarom een training voor fysieke en verbale vaardigheden moeten volgen. Jeroen Wolfswinkel en Enna Butte van Trainingcentrum Wier denken daar anders over. Agressie begint met grensoverschrijdend gedrag en het is cruciaal hoe het team daarmee omgaat. Daarom bieden zij een ander type training aan.
