Samenvatting

In 2009, a university hospital in Tenerife, Spain, implemented a guideline to reduce unnecessary hospital admissions for threatened preterm labour. According to the guideline, hospital admission for threatened preterm labour is justified if the cervical length is 25 mm or less.
