Samenvatting

Vanwege de duurzaamheid en goede reinigbaarheid van instrumentarium en materialen wordt er binnen de tandheelkunde gebruik gemaakt van roestvast- of roestvrijstaal (rvs). Toch zien we af en toe kleine plekjes roest op instrumenten. Hoe kan dit en hoe komen we er weer vanaf? We vroegen het Douwe Laanstra, technisch specialist infectiepreventie bij Dental Union Plandent.
