Zusammenfassung
Bei einem durchflusszytometrischen Antikörper-Panel wird normalerweise jedes Fluorophor mit einem einzelnen Detektor analysiert. Hier wird gezeigt, wie die Fluoreszenzüberstrahlung dazu genutzt werden kann, bei einem Durchflusszytometer mit vier Fluoreszenzdetektoren die Anzahl der einsetzbaren Fluorophore von vier auf fünf zu erhöhen.
Abstract
Traditionally, each fluor in a flow-cytometric antibody panel will be analyzed by a single detector. This article demonstrates how fluorescence-spillover utilization can expand the number of usable fluorophors from four to five on a 4 fluorescence-detector cytometer.
