Résumé

La maladie de Takayasu (MT) est une artérite des gros vaisseaux peu fréquente dont l’origine reste indéterminée. Son association à d’autres maladies systémiques dont la maladie de Crohn (MC) est exceptionnelle, mais semble non-fortuite. Nous rapportons l’observation d’une patiente âgée de 50 ans, suivie pour une maladie de Takayasu. Six ans plus tard, une maladie de Crohn a été diagnostiquée devant des données cliniques faites de diarrhées pâteuses non sanglantes, des données endoscopiques et histologiques. Elle a été traitée par une résection iléale.

Abstract

Takayasu arteritis is a granulomatous vasculitis of unknown etiology that commonly affects the thoracic and abdominal aorta. Its association with other systemic diseases including Crohn’s disease (CD) is exceptional, but it’s does not seem coincidental. We report a 50-year-old woman, followed for Takayasu’s disease. Six years later, Crohn’s disease was diagnosed because of clinical, endoscopic and histological data. She was treated by ileal resection.
