Résumé

La localisation gastro-intestinale de la tuberculose représente environ 1% des cas de tuberculose extrapulmonaire et les manifestations ano-périnéales sont rares dans la littérature. Dans ce travail, les auteurs rapportent deux cas de fistules anales tuberculeuses avec une discussion des difficultés diagnostiques et thérapeutiques de ces lésions.

Abstract

Localization of gastrointestinal tuberculosis represents about 1% of cases of extrapulmonary tuberculosis, and in the literature the ano-perineal manifestations are rare. In this study, we report two cases of tuberculous anal fistula with a discussion of diagnostic difficulties and treatment of these lesions.
