Résumé

L’intervention de Malone est une technique chirurgicale permettant une irrigation colique antérograde à partir d’un orifice de cæostomie avec interposition iléale. Cette méthode a été principalement proposée aux malades souffrant de troubles de la continence et de la défécation dans le cadre d’une affection neurologique.

Abstract

Malone procedure is a surgical approach of antegrade continence enema using an ileal neoappendicostomy. It has been mainly developed in neurologic subjects suffering from both incontinence and defecation disorders.
