Abstract
Sequelae of proximal humerus fractures represent a challenge for orthopaedic surgeon. Inadequate conservative or surgical treatment of this kind of fractures leads to malunions with poor outcomes. Different kinds of malunions need different treatment due to their limitations of the normal range of movement of the shoulder. Our clinical-radiographic classifications summarizes different series of patients highlighting common categories that can help the surgeon to choose the right treatment for every category of sequelae of proximal humerus fractures.
