The Editor in Chief has retracted this paper after post-publication review found that the paper’s claim does not contain scientific evidence to support it. For instance, the proposed architecture in Fig. 2 is not coincident with any of Fig. 3, Fig. 6, or Fig. 7. The review also found that the right part of Fig. 1, whole Fig. 3 and the upper three images if Fig. 4 can be found online on websites unrelated to this research. Additionally, the study mentions participation of children, but no approval by a relevant ethics board is mentioned in the study. The Editor in Chief, therefore, has lost confidence in the integrity of this article. Chunli Liu, Junfeng Li, and S. BalaMurugan did not respond to correspondence from the Editor about this retraction. We have been unable to establish a current email address for Muthu BalaAnand.
