An Erratum to this article was published on 01 May 2017

The results of experimental investigations making it possible to analyze the parameters of the technological process of vibratory driving (extracting) of sheet pile conducted near existing buildings and construction and capable of causing undesirable settlements of foundations and the development of excessive structural deformations levels are presented. These investigations are aimed at safeguarding sheet pile during its driving.
