A method for determination of electrophysical parameters of multilayer media using multiangle georadar detection and ranging in the mode of a common midpoint (CMP) is presented. The principal theoretical background of the CMP method are shown, the algorithm for calculating the dielectric permittivity and layer thickness are described, and a sample application of the proposed algorithm is given using real data along with the calculation of the relative error.
