Phase analysis of n 12C elastic scattering at low energies

Based on the known experimental measurements of n 12С differential scattering cross sections for eight angles in the range 20–150°, the standard phase analysis is carried out for astrophysical energies 50–1040 keV. The calculated elastic scattering phases completely agree with results of potential calculations and spectra of 13С levels at low energies.
