Evolution of the dislocation substructure in an annealed pro-eutectoid steel upon irradiation with a high-current electron beam

The gradient evolution of the dislocation substructures of an annealed pro-eutectoid steel whose surface was treated with a pulsed low-energy, high-current electron beam has been quantitatively analyzed with the use of transmission diffraction electron microscopy.
