Dimensional effects in nanosized layers under establishing polarization in hydrogen-bonded crystals

Abstract

The dimensional effects occurring in nanosized crystal layers under proton relaxation are studied by thermopolarization. The calculations are performed in the quasi-classical approximation using the density-matrix method.
