Abstract

Cyclocondensation of 5-aroyl-4-dichloromethyl-4-hydroxy-6-phenylperhydropyrimidin-2-ones with 85% hydrazine hydrate in boiling toluene afforded pyrimido[4,5- d]pyridazines.
