Synthesis and antimicrobial activity of potassium salts of alkylene-N,N′ bis(dithiocarbamic) acids
A series of alkylene-N,N′-bis(dithiocarbamic) acid potassium salts have been synthesized via the interaction of diamines with carbon disulfide in the presence of potassium hydroxide in an aqueous alcohol environment and their antimicrobial properties have been evaluated.
