Dielectric Parameters of (1 – x)TlGaSe2xDy Single Crystals in AC Electric Fields

Single crystals of (1 – x)TlGaSe2xDy (x = 0; 0.01; 0.03) were synthesized. The laws of variation of the dielectric parameters and conductivity of (1 – x)TlGaSe2xDy materials are determined as a function of their composition and frequency of the ac electric field. Doping of dysprosium into TlGaSe2 crystal matrix substantially increases the real and imaginary components of the complex dielectric permittivity, the dissipation factor, and ac conductivity.
